Enterprise CI/CD modernization
Maintaining and improving the delivery lifecycle across a large insurance environment, where more than thirty production services shared inconsistent pipelines and hand-applied cluster state.
Container hardening: 300+ vulnerabilities to zero
Legacy container images carried more than three hundred known vulnerabilities and were blocking a security gate. The application behaviour had to stay identical while the images underneath it changed completely.
Legacy financial desktop software to a web platform
A desktop application held years of financial process logic and could only be used from installed machines. It was migrated to a modern full-stack web platform without discarding the rules the business ran on.
Invoice processing: two days to fifteen minutes
A complex invoice took roughly two days of manual handling across disconnected systems. Automated intake, validation, and reconciliation brought it to about fifteen minutes.

I work across the boundary between application code and the platform it runs on. In practice that means I can take a feature from interface to API to database, and then own the pipeline and infrastructure that put it in production.
